Our Current Clinical Openings:

Primary Care RN - Provide direct nursing care and case management to patients in a home setting.  Full or part time will be considered.  Must be RN with unrestricted license to practice in CT and have at least 1 year experience in acute or sub-acute setting.  Candidates with homecare experience preferred.

Per Diem RN & LPN - Provide direct nursing care to patients in a home setting.

Therapy – Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy positions available.  Full, part time and per diem.  Must be licensed to practice in CT and have a minimum of three years work experience.

Home Health Aide - Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living to patients in home setting.  HHA certificate or CNA certificate required.
