Our Current Clinical Openings:

Hospice / Palliative Care RN

Primary Care Nurses for our growing Hospice Program.  Full time and per-diem positions available. Must be RN with unrestricted license to practice in CT, and have at least 1 year's experience in an acute or sub-acute setting.  Seeking candidates with homecare and /or hospice experience.

Home Health Aides

CNA's with homecare or facility experience.  Must be available 20+ hours per week.

 

Primary Care RN

Case manage home bound patients for our "Care of the Sick" program.  Full time position. Must be RN with unrestricted license to practice in CT, and have at least 1 year's experience in an acute or sub-acute setting.  Seeking candidates with homecare experience.  Duties include patient assessments, managing the plan of care, and supervising HHA's.

 

 

Volunteer Opportunities

We are seeking volunteers for our Hospice Program. Under the direction of the Hospice Program Director, our Inter-Disciplinary group provides end of life care and support to patients and families.  The volunteer role is that of supportive, caring friend.  Be the person that makes a difference to a patient and family when they need it the most.
