Our Current Clinical Openings:

Primary Care RN

Case manage home bound patients for our "Care of the Sick" program.  Full time, part time, or Per-Diem will be considered. Must be RN with unrestricted license to practice in CT, and have at least 1 year's experience in an acute or sub-acute setting.  Seeking candidates with homecare experience.  Duties include patient assessments, and managing the plan of care.
