WHO WE ARE
VNA Health at Home,
Inc. is a private, not-for-profit home care agency that provides
professional health care services to a full spectrum of patients in
their homes where they are most comfortable and feel most secure. Since
1939, the Agency has been committed to providing exemplary health care
to patients in the Greater Waterbury area. We are located at 27 Siemon
Company Drive in Watertown, CT.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Our community programs
encompass the community education and outreach aspect of our mission of
promoting health throughout Litchfield and New Haven counties. Our
programs include flu and wellness clinics scheduled at local
businesses and at our office.

PROGRAM
The greatest gift you can offer is your
time, your caring nature, and your willingness to listen. Training
and ongoing support are provided to all our volunteers, so experience is
not required. The rewards are many for those who volunteer their time
and talents to VNA HAH.
