VNA Health at Home, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit home care agency that provides professional health care services to a full
spectrum of patients in their homes where they are most comfortable and feel most secure. Since 1939, the Agency has been committed to
providing exemplary health care to patients in the Greater Waterbury area. |

affiliate of the
Greater Waterbury Health
Network - a family of Waterbury Hospital
Services, VNA Health at Home is able to
provide coordinated, seamless care for
patients making the transition from hospital
to home. Our
Home Care Program
provides a broad range of home health care
services to patients of all ages through a
staff of skilled and caring nurses,
therapists, medical social workers and home
health aides. Through an
interdisciplinary team approach, the VNA
Hospice Program
provides compassionate,
supportive care to terminally ill patients
and their families. In addition, VNA
Health at Home is committed to keeping our
community healthy by providing health
screening, immunization clinics and health
related educational programs through our
Community Outreach Program. |
