November Interviews - Virtual conducted via Zoom

December Interviews – In Person (unless COVID surge)

For first year residency positions, applications will be accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Please visit the ERAS website. All positions are filled through the National Residency Match Program (NRMP). You must be registered on the NRMP Website. For more information on ERAS 2021, please visit their website www.aamc.org/eras or your Dean’s office.

Your application information will be evaluated by our Applicant Selection Committee and interviews are granted by invitation only. You will be notified by e-mail if you have been selected for an interview. An interview is required to complete the application process. There will be two interview days, one in November and one in December. For applicants that are invited to interview but can’t make either interview date, please contact the program coordinator, Deb Cipriano at deborah.cipriano@wtbyhosp.org.

Your interview day will begin at 8:00 a.m. with an overview of the program presented by Dr. Kurtzman. Following this, virtual interviews will be conducted.

In late January, after all interviews are complete, the Applicant Selection Committee will meet to review all interviewed applicant files. Composite scores, faculty and resident evaluations and notes will be reviewed along with the application itself. Following these meetings, our match list is set up and ready for submission to NRMP.
