Directions to VNA Health at Home

From 91 or 84

• Take 691 West in Meriden to I-84 West.   Follow to Waterbury bridge overpass. Stay in right lane.
• Take Route 8 North to Exit 37 - Watertown.
• Take left at end of exit and follow Route 262 up hill straight through two intersections onto Echo Lake Road. (You will be traveling approximately 2.6 Miles from end of exit to the agency.)
• At stop sign go straight, passing Daveluy's Restaurant on left.
• Turn left onto Siemon Company Drive, then first left into Princeton Center West parking lot.
• Up steps or ramp to first door -- VNA Health at Home, Inc.

• Take Exit 37 and follow directions above.

• Take Exit 38 off Route 8 South.  Go straight at the end of the exit.
• Continue straight on Route 6, passing Black Rock State Park on right, and Westbury Room on left.
• After passing Westbury Room and going through intersection, take next left (approximately 3/4 mile) onto Porter Street.
• Take right at end of Porter Street (at Daveluy's Restaurant).
• Turn left onto Siemon Company Drive, then first left into Princeton Center West parking lot.
• Up steps or ramp to first door -- VNA Health at Home, Inc.
