Bereavement

Our bereavement services extend beyond our Hospice Program and the families we serve through it.  Bereavement events are offered to the community at no charge.  Annual memorial services are held in the winter and spring for our bereaved families and for members of the community who have suffered a loss.  Our annual Winter Memorial Service also serves as the setting for our Hospice Memorial Tree, which is adorned with lights in honor of loved ones who have died.  The Hospice Tree located on the Oakville Green is illuminated throughout the holiday season.
