VNA Health at Home offers convenient health screening clinics.  We will bring these programs to your business, health fair, or public location as a benefit to your customers, employees, or the general public. Contact our office at 860-274-7531 to schedule a clinic.

Cholesterol Screenings: Have your current blood cholesterol measured, including HDL and Lipids with results available immediately

Blood Pressure Clinics: Have your current blood pressure taken. Education materials are available

Body Fat Monitoring: Have your Body Mass Index determined -  a simple and widely used method for estimating body fat mass.  

Glucose Screening: Are you at risk for Diabetes? Have your glucose test to detect hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia to help diagnose diabetes
