VNA Health at Home is a not-for-profit community centered agency that provides services based on the individual health and needs of each patient and not one's ability to pay.  To ensure the future of our vital programs we look to our community for support.  There are many ways to make your gift to VNA Health at Home.

Gifts in any amount are always appreciated. The most direct and immediate way to offer support, your gift will be deeply appreciated,  As a non-profit organization, all gifts we receive are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Please make checks payable to the VNA Health at Home Inc.  

Remember deceased friends and loved ones or honor loved ones, a nurse or other caregiver who has touched your life in a special way. One of the most meaningful ways to acknowledge the passing of a loved one is by offering a gift as a tribute to a life lived. Many times, families include a request for tribute gifts as part of the newspaper obituary. Often, individuals choose to make gifts in memory of their loved ones on birthdays or to mark the anniversary of their passing.

Our Virtual Tribute Wall is a unique opportunity to honor someone special.  It is a page of individual hearts on this website...each heart containing the name of an honoree.  Consider adding a heart in memory of a friend or loved one; or in honor of a friend or loved one to acknowledge a special occasion; or to say thank you to a friend, caregiver, nurse or physician.   Hearts may be added to the wall for donations of $50 or more per name. (One name per heart, please).  To honor someone special, please use the Tribute Donation form.

Many employers will match your charitable donation, thereby doubling (or more) your thoughtful gift. Matching gift forms, available through your company's HR Department, can provide  details and instructions.  

Any type of gift which requires planning in advance, can be included in the category of planned gifts. Examples are bequests, life insurance policies, IRA's, and retirement plans.  The most popular and well understood type of a planned gift is a bequest.  This is your wish as stipulated in your will, to designate a gift to VNA Health at Home, Inc.
