VNA Health at Home,
Inc. is a private, not-for-profit home care agency that provides
professional health care services to a full spectrum of patients in
their homes where they are most comfortable and feel most secure. Since
1939, the Agency has been committed to providing exemplary health care
to patients in the Greater Waterbury area. We are located at 27 Siemon
Company Drive, Watertown, CT.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
 Our community programs
encompass the community education and outreach aspect of our mission of
promoting health throughout Litchfield and New Haven counties. Our
programs include flu and wellness clinics scheduled at local
businesses and at our office.

A BOUNTY OF FRUIT!
 On
November 22nd, our clinicians delivered Thanksgiving
fruit baskets to patients of VNA Health at Home. These
tasty baskets were created and donated by the Pre-K
through 8th grade students at Saint Mary Magdalen School
in Oakville.
Thanks
to their generosity and community spirit, our patients'
Thanksgiving meals will look and taste spectacular.

MEMORIAL
TREE LIGHTING DECEMBER 8TH at 6:00 PM
VNA Health
at Home, Inc. held its annual Memorial Tree Lighting
on Thursday, December 8th at the Oakville Green. The tree
is lit each holiday season in honor and remembrance of loved
ones who have died or are suffering from a life-limited illness.
The service was held at 6:00 PM and was free and open to the
public. The Memorial Tree Lighting provides the community with
an opportunity to honor loved ones, participate in a moving
honor and remembrance celebration, and provides much needed
funding to ensure the continuation of the vital services VNA
Health at Home provides to patients. Community members
were
invited to purchase Remembrance Lights to honor
and remember loved ones for $30 each. Names of honorees were
announced during the service and were included in the event

FLU!
 As
a part of our commitment to community wellness, we offer flu
vaccinations at public clinics in the area.
Protect your family by assuring everyone is immunized.
Please note - VNA HAH held over 25 public flu clinics for the
community this year - all scheduled clinics have been completed.
