Our agency is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 10 members from the surrounding communities.  They guide VNA Health at Home in our efforts to improve the lives of the individuals that we serve. The Board of Director responsibilities include governance, Board and committee activities, agency events, and efforts to raise the funds necessary to support our programs and activities.
