Under the leadership of Executive Director, AnnMarie Garrison, who has 18 years experience in the homecare industry, VNA Health at Home is committed to providing exemplary patient care using the latest in technology available and fostering the professional development of our staff.

We are a patient advocate and encourage independence. Prospective employees undergo pre-employment drug screenings, statewide criminal and motor vehicle screenings, and reference verification.  All employees are covered by our general liability, workers' compensation, malpractice insurance, and are bonded. 

All employees are screened prior to hire and annually thereafter, for exclusion from participation in the Office of Inspector General's Medicare, Medicaid and all federal healthcare programs.

As an affiliate of the Greater Waterbury Health Network - a family of Waterbury Hospital Services, VNA Health at Home is able to provide coordinated, seamless care for patients making the transition from hospital to home.  Our Home Care Program provides a broad range of home health care services to patients of all ages through a staff of skilled and caring nurses, therapists, medical social workers and home health aides.  Through an interdisciplinary team approach, the VNA Hospice Program provides compassionate, supportive care to terminally ill patients and their families.  In addition, VNA Health at Home is committed to keeping our community healthy by providing health screening, immunization clinics and health related educational programs through our Community Outreach Program.
